Dan Snell
Dan Snell has 7 years’ experience in the engineering field. He has spent the last 4 years running his own business in an unrelated field that gave him invaluable experience regarding project management, human resources, and budget controls. Prior to his experience as a business owner, Dan spent time working in various aspects of transportation engineering, including both construction and design. He has worked on small pedestrian ramp projects to large design build projects. Dan has knowledge of UDOT’s advertising process and uses this ability to assist O’Neill and Company to continue to deliver quality projects. Dan’s role with O’Neill & Company is a project manager where he oversees project delivery and ensures it exceeds the client’s expectations.
Outside of the office, Dan loves the outdoors along with watching his kids play sports and spending time with his family.
